Why are some links wrong or not working for me?

Quickmeds content specialist checks the URL's before publication so errors should be rare.  If you find a link unworkable, an offer that has expired, find that the product or price are inaccurate, or you are not directed to the correct offer.  Please let us know, by using our Contact Page.

Why are some offer links unreachable?

Often the reason a link fails to work is probably caused by anti-ad / spyware / spam software which may have placed an entry file into your host browser to block certain websites.  

Do you sell the products listed on you site?

QuickMeds.com does not sell or ship many items listed on our site. Only those with a “Buy Now” button are sold through us.  In General, Quickmeds.com is an information only resource for shoppers that posts deals, coupons and sale items for other merchants. 

How do I purchase a product from your site?

Each offer we list contains a link to the merchant's website.  Simply click on the image, the title, or button and follow the instructions for making the purchase.  If the product is not sold by us (not a “Buy Now” button), then If you have any questions about the product or the price, contact the merchant before you make the purchase.

How much are shipping charges?

If the item is sold by us (“Buy Now” button), we will list the shipping cost with the offer.  If the item is purchased through an outside merchant, then the shipping arrangements will be handled by the merchant. If you have any shipping questions, please contact the merchant before you complete your purchase.

If I purchase something from your site, can it be shipped internationally?

If the item is sold by us (“Buy Now” button), we will list on the offer the countries the item can be shipped to. If not, each merchant will have different policies on international shipping. You will need to contact the merchant to find out if they will ship outside the United States.

What type of payment methods are accepted?

If the item is sold by us (“Buy Now” button), we will list on the offer the methods of payment.  If not, please contact the merchant to find out what payment methods they accept.

I purchased a product through your site and it's defective or needs to be returned?

If you purchased an item through a “Buy Now” button, please Contact Us. If not, please contact the merchant you purchased the item from to determine what their return policy is.

How do I cancel an order?

If the item is sold by us (“Buy Now” button),  Contact Us.  If not, contact the merchant you purchased the product from to cancel the order.

Why is a price for a product you list on your site different than on the merchant's website?

Quickmeds content specialist checks the URL's before publication so errors should be rare.  However, offers often expire or change after we list them, sometimes within hours. Often, the merchants don't tell us. We depend on our readers to let us know when a deal has expired or when a coupon code is not working.  

I saw an offer, but cannot find it now. Where did it go?

Quickmeds is updating offers on a daily basis.  The offer has probably expired, changed, or sold out and has been replaced or removed from our site.
